- I use a variety of methods and mediums when creating my images. Typically the images are developed in specific moment during a specific emotion. That emotion, memory or feeling is intensified and within the moment full attention, inspiration, passion and focus happens. The result is a powerful piece, layered with all textures and materials needed to communicate a gut-driven feeling. Speirs Art is not simply a painting, but a collage, a scrapbook, a letter, a collection, a birthday card, a quilt, a map, a memory, a powerful novel and much much more.
